ALLEGHENY COUNTY – The 30th Legislative District in Allegheny County has been awarded $128,778 from the 2021-22 Fire Company and Emergency Medical Services Grant Program.

“I am pleased to announce these grants have been awarded to a few of our district heroes,” Mizgorski said. “These funds are well deserved as our fire and EMS personnel dedicate so much of their lives to keeping us safe.”

Companies in District 30 that were awarded funds include:

Bauerstown Volunteer Fire Department - $15,000.
Elfinwild Volunteer Fire Company - $15,000.
Fox Chapel Volunteer Fire Department - $14,308.
Hampton Township Volunteer Fire Department 1 - $15,000.
North Hampton Township Volunteer Fire Department - $15,000.
Parkview Plan Volunteer Fire Department (EMS) - $8,325.
Parkview Plan Volunteer Fire Department (Fire) - $14,495.
Richland EMS Inc. - $8,325.
Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department of Allegheny County - $15,000.
Shaler Hampton EMS - $8,325.
Undercliff Volunteer Fire Company - $15,000.
